The Aireshield module utilizes a worldwide patent application on our confined Plasmic disinfection technology. The Aireshield module retrofits easily into existing air handling and ventilation ductwork, which provides a higher equivalent air exchange rate based on ACE-IT (Air Cleaner Efficiency Investigation Tool), lower static pressure drops, and reduced energy consumption. The Aireshield, over ten years, will pay for itself in energy savings multiple times over the initial cost. The Aireshield module comes in various standard filter sizes, for an easy retrofit into existing HVAC systems. For special sizes and applications, we can customize the size of the Aireshield module to fit your HVAC system’s needs. Please contact us for more information on how to order specialty sizes.  

The standard sizes are: 24”x24”x1” (Model AS-2424-1), 25”x20”x1” (Model AS-2025-1), 20”x20”x1” (Model AS-2020-1), 25”x16”x1” (Model AS-1625-1), 24”x12”x1” (Model AS-1224-1).

Custom filter sizes are available.

Installation

The Aireshield can be installed at any location in the air handlers’ airflow, from the air return inlet or any air outlet. It is available in various sizes to match your system’s needs. The power line of the device is connected to the air conditioning power supply or any 120-220 volt supply, and continuously disinfects while the air handler is in the state of cooling, heating or ventilation.
